This isn't just another one of my "found on Craiglist" postings. No, this I promise, is a sweet little E30 and certainly within reason of my meager budget. The car is going for just $700, but is back apprx $600 in DMV fees according to the seller. It'll likely need a cat to pass smog or at least some light mechanical work to bring it up to speed, but it looks pretty nice for the money, overall! I emailed the seller and haven't gotten a response so far, but we'll see what happens.

I would say pretty fair. The DMV fees might get a little tricky, I would get that cleared up first. Manual Transmission, nice. It is probably a 318E 4cyl which means not that much power but I'm pretty sure they came w/ the LSD.

I'd go for it. you can get leather seats at a wrecking yard pretty cheap or from ebay in leather for like $400.

No rust and the economy never really tanked there so they never ended up in lower-class over-DONKED neighborhoods.

It's the opposite here in New York. Every car has rust, it's just a matter of how much. And that's if they're not completely pimped-out/lowered.
